By using LEND, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English — no legal tricks. If something is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
LEND is a peer-to-peer marketplace that lets neighbours buy, sell, rent, and lend items to each other. We are a platform — we connect people but we are not a party to transactions between users.

LEND uses a two-level trust system:
We reserve the right to reject identity verification without providing a reason.
When you post an item on LEND, you confirm that:
All listings are reviewed by our admin team before going live. We may reject any listing without explanation.
You may not list: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, adult content, live animals, or anything illegal in Denmark or the EU.
For rental items, the owner sets a security deposit. When you book a rental:
LEND charges a 20% commission on all completed rental and sale transactions. This is deducted automatically — the price you see is what you pay, the owner receives 80% of the listed price.
LEND is a neighbourhood platform. We expect all users to treat each other with respect. You must not:

Banned users will be notified by email. Appeals can be sent to appeals@lenditnow.com within 14 days.
Businesses may register on LEND to appear on the neighbourhood map and post community updates. Business accounts are subject to these additional terms:
You retain ownership of photos and content you post. By posting, you grant LEND a licence to display your content on the platform. We will never sell your photos or use them in advertising without your explicit consent.
The LEND name, logo, and design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission.
LEND is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount of any fees you paid to LEND in the 3 months before the incident.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

We may update these terms. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of LEND after that date means you accept the new terms.
